You will be responsible for increasing the sales volume within the Company within a designated area by achieving set targets. You will generate further sales by cross-selling other products/services. You will hold responsibility for checking clients medical history, determining their suitability for personal development training contained in pre-determined protocols. You will need to liaise with operations, campaign co-ordinator and accounts to arrange suitable dates for clients. All related administration will need to be processed correctly and promptly to maintain the highest standard of customer care.

You will consult clients regarding their procedures, providing comprehensive and ethical information, ensuring prospective clients are fully aware of all aspects of their personal development and are able to make well-informed decisions and choices ensuring a client centered approach at all times by delivering a quality and efficient service to all of our customers.

Experience in a similar face to face sales position is essential, as is experience with working towards targets. Good organisational and selling skills are essential and you will need to be a confident communicator. You will need to be IT literate, and be willing to undergo training on our CRM System.

We reward this level of dedication with on target performance related earnings circa £35-£45k pa.

We therefore market to a variety of demographics and need to complete off and online marketing strategies to increase leads and support our sales team.

We are therefore looking for a PA to add to our existing in-house media production team.

The successful person will ideally have at least 1-2 years experience as a PA and will now be looking for a new creative challenge.

In this role you will need to have a strong creative flair, backed with excellent technical skills . You will be a good problem solver with the ability to be well liked by all.
